Who is eligible?
Any faculty, student, or researcher at a partner school who has been awarded UBRI funding and values accelerating blockchain, cryptocurrency and Fintech education, adoption and innovation.
How can I nominate?
Please use the form to the right.  You'll be asked to selected which category the scholar you're nominating exemplifies, and to share some examples of how they were outstanding in the 2021-2022 academic year.  There is a definition of each category included as part of the form.  You're welcome to nominate more than one person. If you need help coming up with specific examples, we encourage you to reach out to your departments for a little help and inspiration.
What is the selection process?
Selection is based on two rounds of review seeking the best candidates with a blind point ranking system. The more descriptive nominations are, the more judges have to go on. An internal Ripple team narrows down the nominees to the top 3 per category followed by five different University partners choosing the final winners. University partner judges are rotated each year.
When are the results released?
Winners are announced on stage at the conclusion of UBRI Connect London September 22.
